What to Expect
You’ll begin in the sauna, allowing your body to sweat and open blood vessels, before moving directly into the cold plunge. The sudden temperature shift awakens every sense, creating a rush of endorphins and a deep sense of renewal.
You’ll cycle back and forth between heat and cold for maximum benefit. We recommend ending with the cold plunge for that extra boost of mental clarity.
